Bill payments for Nigeria
Every bill, one balance.
Fund one balance from any Nigerian bank, then pay airtime, data, electricity and cable straight from it. Meters and decoders are confirmed before you pay, and every payment leaves a receipt.
- Dedicated account number
- Name checked before payment
- Receipt on every transaction
What you can pay
Four services, one place
The bills that actually come up every month — not a directory of hundreds you will never use.
Airtime
Top up any Nigerian line from your balance. Enter the number, pick an amount, done — no vouchers, no scratch cards.
Learn moreMobile data
Every bundle the networks sell, priced as they price it. Pick the plan you actually want instead of the three someone chose for you.
Learn moreElectricity
Prepaid and postpaid, across the distribution companies. We confirm the meter name before you pay, so the units land on the right meter.
Learn moreCable TV
Renew a subscription or change your package. The account name is confirmed before payment, so a mistyped number never costs you.
Learn moreHow it works
From your bank to your bill
No cards to re-enter, no vouchers to buy, no agent to wait on. Money goes in once and comes out whenever you need it.
- 01
You get an account number
Signing up gives you a dedicated account number at a partner bank, in your own name. It is not a card or a voucher code — it is a real account you can transfer to.
- 02
Fund it from any bank
Send money to it from any Nigerian bank, any time. It lands in your SwiftDesk balance automatically, usually within a minute, with no manual confirmation step.
- 03
Pay from one balance
Airtime, data, electricity and cable all come out of the same balance. No separate wallet per service, no re-entering card details for every payment.
- 04
Keep the receipt
Every payment produces a receipt with the reference, the amount and — for prepaid electricity — the token. It stays in your history, and you can share it.
Why it works like this
The details that decide whether a payment is a problem
Most of what goes wrong with bill payments is the same four things. Each of these exists because of one of them.
One balance, not four wallets
Fund once and spend it across every service. Most bill apps make you re-enter a card for each payment; a funded balance means the slow part happens once.
Confirmed before you pay
Meter numbers and decoder accounts are checked against the operator and the registered name shown back to you, before any money moves. A mistyped digit is caught while it is still free to fix.
A receipt for everything
Every payment is recorded with its reference, status and token where one applies. Nothing is untraceable, and nothing needs a support ticket to look up.
Failed payments come back
When an operator rejects or fails to deliver, the amount returns to your balance automatically and the transaction is marked failed — not left pending indefinitely.
Built to be trusted
Security that stays out of your way
You are moving real money. Everything here is designed so it lands where you meant it to, and stays yours.
A PIN on every payment
Nothing leaves your balance without a transaction PIN that only you know — separate from the password you sign in with.
Second factor on large amounts
Above a set threshold, a payment asks for a one-time code sent to your registered email before it will go through.
Verified identity
Accounts are identity-checked once, which is what allows a dedicated account number to be issued in your own name.
Good to know
Questions, answered plainly
The things people ask most, before and after they start.
What is SwiftDesk?
A bill-payment service for Nigeria. You fund one balance from any bank account, then pay airtime, data, electricity and cable subscriptions from it.
How do I add money?
Every account gets a dedicated account number at a partner bank. Transfer to it from any Nigerian bank and the money reaches your balance automatically, usually inside a minute.
Is the account number really mine?
Yes. It is issued in your name after identity verification, and it stays yours. It is not a shared collection account with a reference code to remember.
What happens if a payment fails?
If the operator rejects it or cannot deliver, the amount is returned to your balance automatically and the transaction is marked failed. You do not need to open a ticket to get it back.
Do I get a token for prepaid electricity?
Yes. The token appears on the receipt as soon as the operator issues it, and it stays in your transaction history so you can find it again later.
What if I mistype a meter or decoder number?
Meter and decoder numbers are checked with the operator first and the registered name is shown back to you before you confirm. If the name is wrong, nothing has been paid yet.
Is there a fee to fund my balance?
Funding by bank transfer does not attract a charge from us. Your own bank may charge its standard transfer fee.
Who do I talk to if something goes wrong?
Email support@swiftdesktechnologies.com with the transaction reference from your receipt and we will trace it. Every payment has one.
