The payment itself takes seconds. What takes time is finding a card, re-entering it, typing a meter number from memory, hoping it is the right meter, and then having nothing to show for it afterwards except a text message you will lose.

SwiftDesk is built around three decisions. Fund a balance once instead of paying per transaction, so the slow part happens a single time. Confirm who you are paying before any money moves, because a mistyped meter number is expensive and slow to unwind. And write down what happened — every payment, with a reference and a token where one applies — so proving it is never a support ticket.

None of that is novel. It is just the part most bill payment gets wrong, and it is what we decided to get right first.
